The Jietai Intelligent CCD Color Sorter is a high-precision optical processing unit powered by a 0.6 kW motor operating on 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase power. It is paired with a JB-30L silent oil-free air compressor featuring a 30-litre tank, 1,680 W input power, a rated speed of 2,880 rpm, maximum pressure of 8 bar, and air displacement of 0.5 cubic metres per minute. Materials enter through the upper hopper and travel down the slide chute, where high-definition CCD optical sensors inspect every piece in real time for colour variations, defects, and foreign impurities. Precise pneumatic bursts then deflect unwanted particles into a rejection stream, allowing only clean, high-grade product to pass through.
