The grating machine uses a high-speed rotating drum or plate with an abrasive, perforated surface to pulverize crops into a consistent mash or fine shreds. Powered by a high-torque electric motor, this unit offers a clean, quiet, and low-maintenance solution for high-volume processing. When cassava, sweet potatoes, or Irish potatoes are pressed against the moving grater, their fibres are quickly broken down for starch extraction or flour production. The mechanism also processes vegetables into uniform shreds for large-scale food preparation or livestock feed.
